Information Centre
Our information centre offers you all the information you need, not only about the Vítkov District and the Moravian-Silesian Region, but the Czech Republic as a whole. We are ready to answer your questions about tourism, culture, sports and leisure-time activities. Write to us, call or pop in and ask us, and follow all the news on our website and social networks. The Vítkov Information Centre was set up and is run according to Resolution No. 726/28, passed by the town council on 29 August 2001. Once the necessary preparations had been made, it began to operate on 1 January 2002. The information centre is currently situated on the ground floor of the municipal authority building in Vítkov (accessible). The information centre has one full-time employee and forms part of the authority’s Culture Department. Municipal authority building – home of the information centre.

The information centre has TIC certification (category B) and Czech Service Quality System – 1st level; it is also certified as a Cyclists Welcome establishment.
